Overview
In this session, members of our multi-disciplinary team will provide an insight into each of their specialty areas to provide evidence-based practice to prostate cancer survivorship care. Case studies will be used for context.

To make this session as interactive as possible and relevant to you in your general practice setting, we encourage all attendees to send us in advance any questions you have on prostate cancer survivorship as well as any case studies you would like discussed so they can be addressed throughout the evening.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this activity, participants will be able to:
1. Outline the side-effects and metabolic effects that patients with prostate cancer on ADT may experience and how GPs can monitor these patients.
2. Explain how specialist urology nurses support patients who have had prostate cancer. including erectile dysfunction.
3. Outline the role and benefits of a tailored pelvic floor physiotherapy program for patients experiencing incontinence following prostate cancer treatments.
4. Describe the role of the psychologist in assisting patients and their families at the time of a prostate cancer diagnosis and beyond.
